Working in a pivotal role within the Operations Team, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and quality assurance of all third party service providers to ensure effective management of multi-site campus operations, including school transport, catering and school uniform. Providing operational support for the school medical clinics and line management of the medical teams. Responsibility to design, implement and embed best practice health and safety policies and procedures for Kings’ Education.

Previous experience in the education sector preferred. A relevant health and safety qualification is  essential with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Procurement AssistantKEDUPA2018

Working to support the Procurement Manager in the procurement of resources for the three schools, as well as the other departments in Kings' Education, whilst ensuring standard practices and procedures are followed. Identifying credible vendors and building relationships for the company, to initiate, coordinate, and facilitate RFQ/tendering processes in accordance with the company policy, in addition to compiling quotations for evaluation by the Procurement Manager.

​Previous experience(1-2 years) in the Education sector is preferred in the procurement department - degree/diploma holder with good knowledge of the best procurement practices and local market. Good communication and negotiation skills and computer literate with knowledge of any supply chain management system.
