Working to support the Procurement Manager in the procurement of resources for the three schools, as well as the other departments in Kings' Education, whilst ensuring standard practices and procedures are followed. Identifying credible vendors and building relationships for the company, to initiate, coordinate, and facilitate RFQ/tendering processes in accordance with the company policy, in addition to compiling quotations for evaluation by the Procurement Manager.
 
Previous experience(1-2 years) in the Education sector is preferred in the procurement department - degree/diploma holder with good knowledge of the best procurement practices and local market. Good communication and negotiation skills and computer literate with knowledge of any supply chain management system.

Working in a pivotal role within the Operations Team, the administration manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing quality assurance of third-party contractors in relation to school transport, catering and uniform suppliers, and ensuring compliance and governance for KHDA school requirements. The Administration Manager will also provide dual line management and operational support in conjunction with the School Principals for the medical teams and receptionists.

Previous experience in the Education sector preferred a degree holder with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Solid project management skills with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
