This position involves supporting the Procurement Manager in the procurement of resources for Kings' three schools in conjunction with all departments in Kings' Education whilst ensuring standard practices and processes are followed. In addition, it involves identifying credible vendors, and building relationships for the company to initiate, coordinate and facilitate RFQ/tendering processes and compiling quotations for evaluation by the Procurement Manager in accordance with company policy.

Previous experience (1-2 years or more) in the education sector is preferred in the Procurement Department, with good knowledge of the local market and best procurement practices. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as computer literacy with knowledge of any supply chain management systems.
