The Kings’ Education Strategic Certificate Scheme was launched to enable companies to subscribe to a certificate entitling the holder to priority on the waiting lists of applications for admission to Kings’ schools.
The scheme has been designed as a way of allowing companies the opportunity to have a greater chance of securing highly sought after school places for their employees in a pressurised market, whilst providing capital to the Kings’ Schools to facilitate enhancements to their educational facilities.
Unlike other debenture schemes in Dubai, the Kings’ Education Strategic Certificate Scheme pays a moderate annual return on investment, as well as the certificate being repayable on the five-year maturity date, with an option for renewing for a further five years.
A limited number of certificates are available to Dubai based corporations, who have employees with school-age children. The subscription fee for each certificate is 100,000 DHS.
