Kings’ Education is proud to offer a limited number of scholarships each year to secondary and sixth form students of exceptional merit and potential. 

The coveted scholarships programme is open to current Kings’ students who can demonstrate excellence in academia, sport or the expressive arts. Those who are accepted on the programme, will benefit from exemplary support and guidance designed to nurture their talent and help them excel in their education.

Meet our former Kings’ scholars

 

Manvi Gupta, Academic Scholar

 

Manvi was an exceptional student who consistently demonstrated all of the positive attributes required to achieve excellence. Her diligence and determination to succeed earned Manvi a truly outstanding and well-deserved set of GCSE results. She was meticulous in all she set her mind to and possessed excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as significant academic abilities.

In addition to Manvi’s unfaltering commitment to her learning, she made a significant contribution to the school community, representing the school in a number of activities including F1, Duke of Edinburgh Award, and World Scholars; always showing herself to be an outstanding advocate of the school and a positive role model to others.

Aarian Lally, Sports Scholar

 

A national champion and potential Olympic Athlete, Aarian competed regularly in regional championships across the UK with the aim to qualify for Paris 2024.

During his time at Kings’ School Al Barsha, Aarian won 3 Golds, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals, competing in the 200m, 200m relay, 400m and 1500M at the regional championships in London. 

Leyth Elmani, Arts Scholar

 

A prominent member of the Kings’ School Al Barsha community, Leyth maintained a strong academic performance whilst also representing Kings’ School Al Barsha at the BSME Young Musician of the Gulf Competition. He also achieved a distinction in his grade 8 ABRSM exam on the violin.

Leyth was also recognised for his performing talents by winning first prize at the GCC Virtuoso Music Competition and competing in Prague at the prestigious Josef Michka String Competition.
