HISTORY AND SUCCESS OF KINGS’

Kings’ is a homegrown educational brand and a lifelong dream of our founder Mr. Tayeb Al Baker. His vision has always been to build schools that combine the warmth of the community with the world-class standards of international education.

In September 2004, with the establishment of Kings’ School Dubai, this dream came to fruition after several years of hard work and consultation with designers, educational advisors, and architects. Led by the founding Headteacher and later Senior Education Adviser, Kevin Stedman, the school climbed to unprecedented heights in terms of student achievement and standards. Kings’ School Dubai is the only school in the United Arab Emirates to have been awarded the ‘outstanding’ rating every year since inspections by the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau began.

In September 2014, we opened the doors of Kings’ School Al Barsha and Kings’ School Nad Al Sheba – two new state-of-the-art schools to cater to the ever-growing demand for a world-class Kings’ education. From humble beginnings, with just 68 children in one small school, the student body has grown to nearly 3000 across three impressive Kings’ campuses.

In the near future, we will see the opening of our founding Windsor School. The Windsor School model forms an exciting new branch of the Kings’ Education portfolio of schools and, over the years, we aim to add to the Windsor School family.

The growth of our schools has been carefully managed to protect the exceptional standards that Kings’ Education has become renowned for. With the principle of ‘one family, four campuses’, our aim is to maintain these high standards and values across all our schools, and the sharing of experience, talent, and operational excellence have been fundamental to our growth. Now offering Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form education, Kings’ can provide a seamless high-quality education from early years to adulthood.
